At WICO Design & Construction Management Ltd., we keep the construction process simple for our clients. Whether it’s a new build, fit up, or renovation, our staff has the comprehensive knowledge to deliver your project on time and on budget.

Established in 1998, WICO’s vision is to create innovative and competitive commercial and residential builds, that meet Canadian construction industry standards, while providing opportunities for local trades’ people, and delivering high quality projects no matter the size or style.

Darrell Wilcox (senior project manager) and the WICO design team won the 2010 Pre-Engineered Buildings Award for the Membertou Commercial Centre.

Meet our Team

Darrell Wilcox – Senior Project Manager/Owner

Darrell has over 30 years of experience in design-build construction and project management. Since starting his career in the construction industry, he has worked as a Civil Technician, Estimator, Designer, and Senior Project Manager. His focus is to make the construction process simple for WICO’s clients from the design stage through to project completion.

Jerrecca Devereaux – Project Manager

Jerrecca graduated from Saint Mary’s University Bachelor of Commerce program in 2011 and has spent the last 10 years working in sales and marketing in the professional sports and technology sectors across Canada. Having returned to Cape Breton and to the family business, Jerrecca uses her expertise to enhance the construction process for WICO’s clients.
