We make the building process simple for our clients with these steps:

1. Design – We work closely with our client to design their building/fit up/renovation to their specifications.
2. Budget – We incorporate the design into the client’s budget.
3. Costing – With the budget in mind, we cost out the materials, trades work, etc.
4. Development/Permits – We apply for any required permits to start work.
5. Tenders – We put tenders out to the different trades needed and select the ones best suited for the project.
6. Construction and Inspections – We oversee the construction, inspections, cost control, and quality control of the project.
7. Commission Building – We ensure the building is up and running and do a final deficiencies check.
8. Building Handoff to client – Once the project is complete, we turn the build over to our client.
